1. What BuyRent is

BuyRent is an online marketplace. We provide a platform where users advertise property, goods, jobs and services, and where buyers, renters and clients can find and contact them directly. BuyRent is not a party to any agreement made between users.

2. No ownership, no guarantee

We do not own, inspect, store, test, endorse, value or guarantee any item, property, job or service advertised on BuyRent. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, prices, photographs, availability, ownership or the legal right to sell or let. All contracts, payments, viewings, deliveries and disputes are strictly between the users involved.

3. Using the marketplace

• You must be legally able to enter contracts in your country.
• Information you publish must be accurate, lawful and your own to publish.
• One listing per item, in the correct category, country and city.
• Do not post prohibited items or content (see our Prohibited Items Policy).
• Do not scrape, spam, defraud, impersonate or harass other users.

4. Private sellers and traders

Private sellers list occasional personal items. Traders — businesses, agents, dealers, landlords letting as a business, and anyone selling for profit or in the course of a trade — must say so in their listing and account, give their business name and contact details, and comply with consumer law, including the buyer's cancellation and refund rights where those apply. Posing as a private seller when you are trading is a breach of these terms.

5. Free and paid features

Basic listings are free. Optional paid features (such as boosted, featured or verified placement, and business accounts) may be offered. Paid features affect visibility only — they are never a statement that we have checked an item, a seller or a transaction.

6. Moderation

We may edit, hide, refuse, expire or remove any listing or account, at any time, where we believe these terms, our policies or the law have been breached, or on report from a user or authority.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyRent is not liable for loss arising from listings, user conduct, transactions, or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
